1. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

By booking a class, session, membership, or attending Studio Flow by Faye, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and policies.

 

Studio Flow by Faye reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. The most current version will always apply.

 

2. BOOKING POLICY

 

• All classes and sessions must be booked in advance via the studio booking system

• Payment is required at the time of booking

• Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

 

3. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

 

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time

• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full

• Membership holders will lose the class credit for late cancellations or no-shows

• Private 1:1 sessions also require 24 hours’ notice to cancel

 

This policy is in place to ensure fairness to all clients and to support the sustainability of the studio.

 

4. MEMBERSHIPS & CLASS PACKS

 

• Memberships are billed monthly unless stated otherwise

• Memberships are non-transferable

• Class packs have an expiry date stated at the time of purchase

• Missed classes cannot be carried over unless explicitly stated

• Studio Flow by Faye reserves the right to amend class schedules, instructors, and timetables

 

5. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

 

• All payments are non-refundable

• Refunds are not provided for unused classes, missed sessions, or early cancellation of memberships

• Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Studio Flow by Faye in exceptional circumstances

 

6. HEALTH, SAFETY & LIABILITY

 

• Participation in classes and sessions is undertaken at your own risk

• Clients must ensure they are physically fit and able to take part

• Studio Flow by Faye accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by negligence

 

Clients must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to participating.

 

7. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

 

Studio Flow by Faye does not provide medical advice. Pilates and wellbeing services are not a substitute for professional medical care.

 

If you have any health concerns or medical conditions, you should consult a qualified medical professional before attending classes or sessions.

 

8. STUDIO RULES & ETIQUETTE

 

• Please arrive on time - late entry may not be permitted

• Mobile phones must be silenced during sessions

• Grip socks are required for reformer Pilates classes

• Please respect other clients, instructors, and studio equipment

• Studio Flow by Faye reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving inappropriately or disruptively

 

9. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

 

Studio Flow by Faye is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Items are brought into the studio at your own risk.

 

10. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY (UK GDPR)

 

Studio Flow by Faye complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

 

Personal data collected may include:

• Name

• Contact details

• Booking and attendance history

• Health information provided voluntarily

 

Personal data is used to:

• Manage bookings, memberships, and attendance

• Communicate important studio information

• Improve services and client experience

 

Your data will never be sold to third parties. You have the right to access, amend, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.

 

11. PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT

 

From time to time, Studio Flow by Faye may take photographs or videos for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes.

 

• Clients will be informed if filming or photography is taking place

• You may opt out at any time by informing a member of staff

• Images will never be used in a way that causes distress or misrepresentation

 

12. COMPLAINTS POLICY

 

If you have a complaint, please contact Studio Flow by Faye directly.

 

All complaints will be handled fairly, promptly, and respectfully, with the aim of achieving a positive resolution.

 

13. FORCE MAJEURE

 

Studio Flow by Faye shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, extreme weather, power failure, or government restrictions.

 

14. GOVERNING LAW

 

These Terms & Conditions and policies are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

 

This document applies to all clients of Studio Flow by Faye.
